Quote of the week…

Maybe this could become a regular feature…!

“Revolution is not a dinner party, not an essay, nor a painting, nor a piece of embroidery; it cannot be advanced softly, gradually, carefully, considerately, respectfully, politely, plainly and modestly.”- Mao Tse-Tung

Somewhat disturbing that this is the father of Chinese Communism, but still deeply provocative.

  1. Stephen Christian of the Band Anberlin states: “god’s truth is everywhere”…even in the midst of communism we can somehow dig deep enough to find yes, even God and his truth lying somewhere in the depths of one’s soul…cool quote. totally agree.

didn’t know you were a fan of Relevant, currently sending in articles to be published in their online catalogue. Sweet!

    Keep blogging, will talk soon!

  2. Hey George!

Thanks for the comment – and totally agree with you on this. In fact for a good while I identified politically most with marxism/communism…a little bit more chilled now, however!

My only concern on quoting Mao is that he was responsible for the slaughtering of millions throughout his reign…
